 Touched by the plight of the poor, Peter instituted DAWN's mobile nutrition program bringing essential food and clothing to elderly, destitute widows who have no other source of sustenance. DAWN hopes to build a widow's care facility ($10,000) to provide for some of these destitute widows. Younger widows are taught tailoring so they can provide for themselves.
